I have yet to receive notification that my purchase has started shipping or that the pictures I have sent of the batteries housing and connections are adequate to identify the specific battery I would need and this email should not have showed up first. I'm kind of upset here and confused. About 3 or 4 days after this review I got an actual response and an update on shipping. It is on its way.
I placed an order for the H20mini + Cloud Wheels (which are not cheap at all) because the H20mini has arrived but not the wheels. This was to make a long-awaited gift and we are without wheels. After 2 days I still have not received a response. I can't check the operation yet, but the delivery service is not being good.
Board has 32 miles on it and the wood broke. Im sorry but if youre not replacing the board for free...the 1 star stands.
Very satisfied with my purchase. These 120mm cloud wheels are great! Soft on the concrete and very quiet. Thank you!
The board itself is fun, but the battery range is way over rated. It says 18 miles but it is more like 10. I keep the speed level on medium and only go 10-12 miles per hour and I am lucky to get 10 mile range. The speed is fine, there is plenty of power, I just feel a little deceived because I picked this board specifically because it claimed the longest range.
It took less then a week since I ordered the wheels. I was expecting at least one and a half weeks. Very happy.
Dear Team Gee, I am writing to express my absolute delight with your H20T electric skateboard. This product is truly a game-changer in the world of electric skateboards, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The H20T electric skateboard is an excellent combination of power, speed, and stability. The dual motors provide an impressive top speed, and the sturdy construction ensures a smooth ride even at high speeds. The wireless remote control is also very intuitive and easy to use, making it a breeze to navigate through crowded areas. The board's long-lasting battery life is another standout feature, allowing me to ride for hours on end without any need for recharging. And the LED lights on the board are a nice touch, providing an extra layer of safety during nighttime rides. The only suggestion I have is that the H20T could benefit from better wheels for off-road use. While the board handles well on paved surfaces, it can struggle on rough terrain, which limits its versatility. Overall, the H20T electric skateboard is a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance electric skateboard. Thank you for creating such an outstanding product! Sincerely, Trent custard
excellent product and customer service. i originally gave them a 1 star because it took one month for delivery, but i found out it was a shipping issue with fedx, and not their fault, so please disregard my other review.
over a month, and have STILL never received my order
I like your boards a lot. Amazing! Thanks for this experience. But the weakest moment is your remote controller. Very easy to break it. I broke 2 :( May be one day you will upgrade it & make it harder, heavier.. better quality. Thanks!
The board is fast and works great battery life is a bit shorter than I thought
Easy use of webstore, received item pretty quick
You were concerned on fulfilling and following the delivery process.
The board is extremely well made, and it is clearly designed for a range of people sizes, up to 200 lbs+! And it is FAST! I’ve only used the first 2 speeds, and that is plenty for me. I’m still figuring out the braking though. Overall? Extremely pleased, A+ product!
Great customer service. Keeping up on where my order was when customs had it on hold. Got my battery installed and it works great. Thank you!!
Addressed my issue immediately
I ordered a replacement remote. Took a little while to get here. I really had only begun to wonder about my order a couple days prior to arrival. I was sent an upgraded version of original remote, only problem is it has a tendency to disconnect while waiting at a street corner for light to change. Little annoying but it works with the board and I can ride again
I messed my address up and the team gee team really helped my through it.
