Super fast and easy service, they even crosschecked the design and gave input on layout seeming too low and made sure it was correct before printing. Customer Service call was always quick and handled all of my questions and helped keep this moving quickly.
I was not surprised that my design came out super good but I was surprised that though the product I ordered was out of stock they managed to outsource it within 4 days. I ran into another problem because I provided a P.O. Box address instead of a physical one because of availability issues. I hope this is something that can be addressed because some people may not be around to receive their parcels. I put in a second order and It was perfect. Am putting in 3rd order.
We needed some blue hoodies with our custom design for a class trip to Washington DC. It was a tight turn around and there was an issue when they didn’t have enough youth sizes in the color we needed, but they communicated to me right away and helped find a solution that didn’t slow down production. The hoodies arrived days before the trip and everyone was thrilled. I’m definitely coming back to TeamShirts for all our school project needs in the future.
