I realized that the order I placed would take longer than anticipated, so I emailed less than 24 hours to request to cancel and get a refund. I was informed that my order had been sent out from the warehouse to the shipping company. That was on May 3rd. (Order was placed on May2nd) After asking about the tracking of my order, I finally got the info on May 13th which showed the item wasn't collected from the warehouse until May 7th, which means they lied and could easily have canceled my order and issued a refund as requested on May 3rd. Here it is, May 27th, and I'm still waiting for my order. I will never recommend or use this company again.

Failed Delivery And Disappointing Service
I ordered 9 shirts for a big event and was promised both by email from their team and in the order confirmation that the shirts would arrive on time, around 8 days before the event.
I later received an email confirming that the shirts had been sent to production and that I would receive another email once they were ready to ship. However, when I never received that email, I contacted customer service. They then claimed it was my fault because I supposedly hadn’t replied to an email they had sent 3 days before the expected delivery date. The problem is that I never received any email besides the one confirming the shirts were being produced.
As a result, we now have no shirts for our big event.
I cannot recommend using this company. Very poor customer service and communication.

They have a terrible delivery. My package got lost 2 times in a row. In the mean time, the package is delivered.

Fantastic Customer Service
What fantastic customer service this company has! I cannot compliment them enough, and the product I received was very well done. I highly recommend this company.
We had 20 hoodies printed for our soccer team, and TeamShirts did a wonderful job helping us with the design. Once we got that done, the timeline was super fast. Great quality product! We will be using TeamShirts again!
