The tea is always good quality and is almost all whole leaves but I do miss when it had the full rosebuds in it over the current small broken petals there are now, the taste isn’t quite the same.

While placing my order I was offered to pre-pay VAT so that there would be no additional charges upon delivery. I agreed. However, I was later charged VAT and a handling fee by the postal service. After sharing my experience here, TeaVivre reached out to me and refunded the extra charge in full.
Still haven’t received order, but they did contact me immediately to explain the delay and whether I wanted to wait until April for shipment or receive a refund. Teas and service are a five star. Supply issues not so good, but understandable, given the demand…..can hardly wait for my order. Have done business with them for years, since well before Covid, and this isn’t the first issue, but they’ve dealt with all issues I’ve had promptly, professionally and more than fairly. The quality of their products is excellent, their customer service is highly professional, I wish all the companies I order from had comparable service to Teavivre and Amazon.
My delivery was stopped by French post office due to customs.vat taxes.I had to pay 14 €.Apparently,seller did pay anything!

Don't let their fancy packaging fool you; it's just a shiny facade masking the subpar quality within. Save yourself the trouble and skip Teavivre's teas altogether. Teavivre's Dahongpao & Tiguanyin tea tasted like disappointment steeped in regret. Save your taste buds from this sorry excuse for tea and head straight to the source in Fujian if you want anything resembling quality. Teavivre's offerings are a bitter reminder of what tea shouldn't taste like.

The tea is really good; smooth with full flavor. It did take a really, really long time to get here from the time I ordered.
Waited more than a month and still have not arrived yet. Talked to customer service a few times and they just kept on saying just wait.
I would sincerely love to be able to review based on the tea but since I've been waiting for it over a month now all I can review at this point is the terrible customer service. All I get is "it's in customs". The website says 5-12 days from China and that's ok....a month and still holding isn't. The one item they had in the US facility came.....I'd really suggest only ordering what you can determine they have there.
I have ordered pu-erh and green tea from teavivre a couple of time. The overall quality of tea is considerably high. The standard delivery time take 2 -3 week but arrived in good condition. I would recommend this website.
