Great customer service and tasty tea

This company offers high-quality tea at very competitive prices, along with fast shipping and excellent customer service. I asked them to include some free samples I forgot to add to a previous order and they obliged, and they also cleared up an issue I had when ordering. I got my order quickly and am enjoying some fresh spring 2024 green tea.

I would definitely recommend TeaVivre

I would definitely recommend TeaVivre. I have been purchasing their Dragon Well tea for a few years and it never disappoints. The tea itself is delicate and delicious. It’s always beautifully packaged and is shipped quickly. It takes approximately 3 weeks to receive my order in Canada.

New tea purchase

I ordered a new batch of tea and was able to do it in the most straightforward way possible, using information provided by Teavivre on its website.

Very accurate tea descriptions

Have been purchasing their tea for years, never purchased a bad one, their descriptions are honest, very accurate with they're taste analysis. And their promotions are hard to beat for VIP customers.

Fast, free delivery and great quality

Fast, free (with reasonable minimum order) international delivery. Very well packaged to avoid damage in transit. And, of course, excellent quality tea. I've been buying tea from TeaVivre for many years now and have never had any problems nor been disappointed with the quality of the teas.

Best products quality and service

Found this supplier after a few weeks of research. Placed my first order to test the quality and the speed of delivery. Have to say I was surprised, the delivery was very quick (China->UK), everything was packed perfectly and the quality of the products blew my mind. After that order, I ordered a few more products, and the experience was the same. Super reliable service with the highest product quality. If you are after a good tea, then do not think twice ... order from TeaVivre !
