You were able to locate my account and got it up and running. The only complaint I have is that was supposed to be running on 5/23/2023 when I purchased your service and I was unaware I had 2 licenses.

I was very pleased with the results of Owen's work on our computer. He was able to convey the information to me in an understandable way. I was impressed with his dedication to the task at hand and his ability. His friendliness put me at ease, as well. It is apparent that he is very well trained and he seems to really enjoy his work. I have been very disappointed with customer service from other companies but was pleasantly surprised with Tech Center Plus and with Owen. Thank you.
