I met two wonderful Techs, Anthony and Aaron. Being an eighty-two year old Grandmother, I need a lot of careful advice and time to follow directions. These men were patient, knowledgeable, and polite. They were quick with solutions and slow to talk to me. This was wonderful. I now have malware protection and two ways to instantly connect with them. I would like to think I could speak with them again!
Aaron was a great help today with my computer issues He was kind, friendly and understanding the problems. He displayed a lot of patience with me who is not all that adept in computer technology.
