Teddy B. let me know when the watch I was waiting for was in stock. I had some trouble with delivery (I was out of town) and the watch was shipped back against my wishes of course, Teddy B. Shipped it again without question. That was outstanding service to me. No charge. UPS charged me to get it out of their jail! Lol. I saw a video of Teddy explaining the different field watches. This made my decision of which one I wanted to buy much easier and am extremely satisfied with my decision. My only drawback was before I purchased (the very same day I purchased) I asked a question with your online support. My question was: would this fit my wrist as my wrist is 8 1/2”? I was told by the team member that it should not be a problem. I pulled the trigger immediately and ordered the watch. When I received it, I was stunned. The watch is even better quality than I expected. My only issue is that it is snug on me when it is on the last hole of the watch band. I feel somewhat self conscious when I wear the watch. I would advise your team members to use better judgement when it comes to what should fit.
