What people say
Consistently Fine Beads and Superior Customer Service
I have been purchasing semi-precious and metal beads from Tejas Beads for more than 2 years. My experience consistently has been positive. The items I receive are as described and pictured on the website. The chemistry of the individual stones, facts such as whether beads have been enhanced or heat-treated (vs. entirely in their natural state), specifics such as bead diameters and available cuts or bead shapes, hole diameters, the length of each strand and/or number of beads per strand, etc., all are carefully detailed. If I have had a question, my emails are answered promptly by customer service. In addition, discount sales are offered frequently, and clearance items always are available. Further, I never have received items as quickly from any other company; Tejas Beads typically ships the day I place my order, and beads arrive carefully packaged. The sets I make are given as presents. As the gifts are opened and the beads are handled, the most frequent response I receive is a very reinforcing, "Wow!" Finally, I appreciate that Tejas Beads shares the designs created by their customers via a revolving carousel at the bottom of the home page.
Top Quality Always
The quality of their beads is always top notch and shipping is always very fast. I am so glad I found Tejas Beads.
I have been purchasing semi precious…
I have been purchasing semi precious beads from Tejas for a couple of months. Their products are very good quality, exactly as described, reasonably priced and delivered quickly. I highly recommend this company as a reliable source for quality gem stones.
The best customer service..... ever!
I ordered beads and after several days of my order not showing picked up, I reached out to customer service. They responded within a couple hours which was amazing. I was assured that my order shipped but if the tracking didn't show movement, they would do a mail search which they did. Not only that but they did it on their own without me continuously reaching out. I received the beads, and they are beautiful, but more than that, the customer service is impeccable! This will be my go-to for beads from now on.
Priceless discovery for gemstones
I discovered Tejas beads through a search on Perplexity as I was looking for a trusted source for gemstones. I can honestly say after placing several orders with them that Tejas Beads provides the most reliable, consistent service and high quality gemstones at an affordable price. Their site is very easy to navigate, their descriptions are accurate, pictures are of high quality and checkout is easy. To top it all they ship really fast and they provide different discount levels along with free shipping for over $50 (this is rare). Their customer service is very responsive, proactive, and helpful…really so lucky I discovered them… I am a satisfied returning customer and I hope this remains a positive relationship. Love Tejas Beads!!
Finally Found a Vendor I Can Trust
I had an incredible experience with Tejas Beads. After posting a review with a few questions about my gemstone purchase, the owner personally reached out to me by phone to walk me through their gemstone verification process step by step. His openness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to transparency truly impressed me. It's rare to find a vendor so dedicated to quality and customer trust. Thanks to their outstanding communication and care, I now feel completely confident continuing to purchase from them. Highly recommend Tejas Beads to anyone looking for authentic gemstones and exceptional service!

Thank you for your feedback. All of our beads are sold as strands, and both the individual bead size and the strand length are clearly listed in each product description. We also include multiple photos to help show scale and color. If you ever have questions about size, color, or suitability before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.
