After reaching out to the prop firm they say it was because of the copier. They immediately flagged and found I was using a copier, despite the fact they announce it as prop firm safe. Don't use this so called copytrading service they are scammers. They claim to sell an AI that reads the market and trades like a human, but then you can't find that option in the settings. When you ask them about it, they act clueless. Then, when you try to cancel your subscription, the final step doesn't even show the option to confirm the cancellation. Don't waste your time or money.
I did alot of research on other copiers before I decided to join trade2sync, the setup was a breeze, it works flawlessly and as for the support, they are seriously the best support I've seen on any platform or service, not only do they respond pretty much instantly, they dont give canned responses and they are even considering adding one of my requests to their next update!
