I was one of the longest consumer of your product since 2009 to 2019 when you guys didn’t listen to my plea of lowering calling rates. You chargers have been going up as years fly over yet the chargers of calling are supposed to be going down. I really enjoyed your service but with time you lost that customer trust and accountability as you raise the rate. Finally, I shift to Karibu online which much cheaper, reliable and understanding to customers need.
