UNLAWFUL DEDUCTION OF £8:49 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR REORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT
£8:49 was deducted from my account automatically when my previous order expired on 18/04/23. I'm not happy with this because I didn't request for reorder.

I typed the wrong number on the account…
I typed the wrong number on the account and someone else is now enjoying the 30 gigs total of what I bought. No correction was made even after sharing all the facts with them. No corrections made so my money is gone, not credited to my fiancés account and MY money was just wasted.

Unfortunately, once the money gets on a phone number that exists, be it the wrong one, the credit cannot be withdrawn. It's a general policy, not our own decision. Transactions don't alwsys go through…
Transactions don't alwsys go through and it's very frustrating you don't offer a contact phone number. My first transaction didn't go through because I used wrong carrier. 2nd correct transaction didn't go through because 1st transaction didn't. I cannot call you to explain because no number to call, and you will not call me. You used to have a number before. So how does one resolve such issues? Your customer service sucks for this reason!
