Having used you services for many years, I will say that they were great. I have rated your service four star performance because I would like you to review your timing software.. I noticed I was charged for calls that did not go through several times and the rounding up time to the minute is also not fair. I would suggest timing be rounded up to the next quatter of a minute as against the current minute.
Your app is very easy to use and products you specifically specialise on are all in line with good customer friendly. It makes my life much easier before travelling to Nigeria with reference to data, voice credits and deals on hand. I can top up any network for family and friends struggling for to access credits and data. Very happy indeed.
