I needed to activate an esim for Tello. First try didn't work, so called Tello and got support rep Camila. She did a superb job, was patient and very clear as I was juggling 2 phones and a laptop. 5 stars indeed! Wow, great service!

I was impressed by Tello Porting a number was fast and straightforward. The Deal-a-Meal-style Plans were extremely up-front and easy to select. I panicked a bit about eSims (my fault) and contacted customer support; they responded promptly and with correct information.

Scam calls increasing
Plans price compare to others affordable but not feel secure to use their service like before. From a year started getting more and more scam calls. Had this issue when with lycamobile. Someone suggested about tello. So transferred mine and few other family members no. to tello. Strange thing is today just took a new number from them and within an hour of activation received scam call. Not sure how scam call came to newly activated number or someone from their company doing it!

I LOVE Tello! I'm retired, so maybe my needs are less. But I have had NO issues with my phone/data service, and I have two phones. No dropped calls and PERFECT data access as needed. And people that you can understand are available when you need help with something. The cost is beyond phenomenal. Try it!
