Telyrx it's a bad website to order your medication, they charge me $279.96 and they couldn't provide my meds and on top of all the lies they only reimburse me $60 dollars back. This place sucks!

Everything was great until TelyRx…

Everything was great until TelyRx stopped carrying one of the medications I'd been prescribed and received from them for over a year. Once I found out it was no longer available through them I had less than 2 weeks of meds left. This is a medication that is dangerous to stop suddenly. Their guidance to me was to contact a local provider and hope for a prescription and refill in time. This is dangerous care.

I paid for a year subscription for my…

I paid for a year subscription for my medication - 90 day supply with 3 refills. They shipped the first two orders fine. When is came time for the third shipment, I contacted them to move the date out 4 days. They said no problem and moved the date. Then they did not ship on that date, waited another day and sent me an email saying they cannot ship to my address despite the fact my previous 2 orders were delivered there fine. So I cancelled the order and tried to transfer my prescription to a new pharmacy. They refused to transfer my prescription THAT I PAID FOR and filled the prescription themselves, and shipped to the same address they said they could not ship to. They also sent via service that would not deliver in time prior to us leaving for a trip. So we never got the prescription and were CHARGED. Total BS.

I paid for 2-3 business day shipping and I purchased it Sunday night and it is now Thursday night at 9:19 PM and it is still not here. I could’ve got the normal shipping 3 to 5 business days which would’ve been $15 cheaper and still waited the same amount of time so I’m wondering why I paid for expedited shipping and it wasn’t expedited.
