The handbags are first quality and at bargain prices. They took great care to prepare them for shipping and arrived in perfect condition and on time. I am more than happy with the Chanel bag and Louis Vuitton bag I purchased. Their website not only offer luxury brand handbags, they also offer shoes, luggage, and other accessories. I ordered a Gucci bag for my granddaughter. I realized the bag was wrong. Cancelled immediately. They offered me a 100.00 additional money to purchase a another product. They gave me a code to use to get the credit at purchase. The code did not work. I was charged for full cost 651.75. At this point I asked for a credit. They gave me credit for the first purchase but, not the second. They sent a bag, a lesser cost bag, which I turned down. For 5 weeks they have given me a run around. Finally they sent me a return label. The bag was returned in original condition, never opened. They signed for it. Now they are asking me to file a claim on my cc. Take photos of the clam and please take pity on them, they are a small company. I am out the bag and 651.75. This company is a scam. Run as fast as you can from this company.

Worst site EVER I ordered on November 20 for Christmas. By December 4th I had to harass Myra from customer service. She continued to refer to me as sir, asking me to please be patient. Also sending photos of my purchase. December 12th I finally got one of 3 tracking numbers. By the 15th it not moving from Hong Kong I was advised my purchase was held up by customs and to yet again please be patient. On the 18th of November and the second tracking company has yet again not moved. Myra from customer service had approved my refund. Not even 10 min after agreeing to refund, sent me a screenshot of my purchase apparently being held up in Sydney customs. And yet again asking Sir to be patient. And wait for my order, December 23 I get a email to notify it was delivered and signed for. I asked what address it was delivered to, no response. Nothing has shown up and customer service has not replied. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

I just received the bag I ordered from Temafes. I was really surprised at how quickly it arrived. The quality is nice though the colors are somewhat different from the photos on the web site. In person they are more distinct and don’t fade from one to the other as much as the photo suggests. The colors are also brighter than the photo indicates. After looking at it a bit I do like it and it will be a nice bag for spring and summer.
