I ordered a Gucci bag for my granddaughter. I realized the bag was wrong. Cancelled immediately. They offered me a 100.00 additional money to purchase a another product. They gave me a code to use to get the credit at purchase. The code did not work. I was charged for full cost 651.75. At this point I asked for a credit. They gave me credit for the first purchase but, not the second. They sent a bag, a lesser cost bag, which I turned down. For 5 weeks they have given me a run around. Finally they sent me a return label. The bag was returned in original condition, never opened. They signed for it. Now they are asking me to file a claim on my cc. Take photos of the clam and please take pity on them, they are a small company. I am out the bag and 651.75. This company is a scam. Run as fast as you can from this company.
