We had a great experience working with Matt while finding our new office/warehouse space. From the beginning, he was incredibly patient and attentive to our needs. Every option he presented was thoughtfully tailored to what we were looking for, and if something didn’t feel like the right fit, he was quick to provide more options without hesitation.
Matt stayed on top of scheduling tours, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and was always punctual and professional. What really stood out was how he handled all the complicated parts of the process that can normally be overwhelming. He made the entire transition feel smooth and stress-free.
We’ve now been in our new space for four months and absolutely love it. We highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a seamless and well-supported experience.

Brad was helpful. After looking for so many months and with other realtors we found a space within weeks working with him. Very attentive to need of client and will work to get the best space.

Scott was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us find a new space. We did have a few strict requirements, which did make it a little hard to find options at first, but thanks to Scott's diligence, he found us the best space for our company.

Devin Kopas is a super star! We were searching for a new location in a niche industry with heavy regulations so it's not an easy search. And nothing, no one contacted me back, or offered any way of actually making me think this isn't total BS and has been a waste of my time and effort. I desperately needed some help and I don't understand what this business does except lie. Just avoid, I wish I had

Danny Muse was terrific. I needed a small office and Danny helped me find exactly what I was looking for. While other tenant reps flat out told me my deal was too small, Danny went to work and found the perfect building in the area I wanted and made a good deal on the lease too. I couldn't be happier. Rocco worked very hard to find me the proper space. The space I needed for my business is a bit unusual, and he sought out several opportunities and ultimately found me a great spot within my budget.
Communication was excellent and making me feel as if the team was putting my interest first.
Communication was excellent and was open to showing me over 30 possible lease locations on 4 or 5 days. Never felt rushed and was always honest about finding the right location. I first started with Woody and had a great experience with him as well.
Dennis was very helpful with the final lease negotiation as well fighting for my interests.
