Working with Brooks Hauf has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made throughout this entire journey with Kids Academy CORE Foundation and Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence. From day one, he understood exactly what I needed—not just the space, but what it actually takes to open and operate. He wasn’t just checking boxes. He was thinking ahead, asking the right questions, and making sure I was protected at every step. And let me be real—every landlord is not a good landlord. When things got challenging, Brooks didn’t disappear or get quiet. He stepped in. He advocated. He made sure I wasn’t put in a bad position. That matters more than anything.
