The customer service was A+ and I was impressed with how well Ms Noel took care of my order, even through a few hiccups. Very friendly and helpful.

Honestly, this was an easy purchase. The sales rep. Toni was so kind and answered all my questions. She even took a call during set up and assured me, it would be fine! Sure enough, plugged the jump house in and viola! So easy to set up and the quality of this jump house is excellent! I would easily give this product 5 stars and customer service as well.
