From the beginning everything was handled in a professional manner, our problems were complex involving suppliers in other countries who were dodgy and tried to skirt procedure. TenX kept on them eventually getting them to do things properly which led to us easily being in compliance for our yearly audit. Honestly the best hire we ever made.
