Used to be good. Now? I’ve been waiting months for a payout I requested on May 24th and they won’t even reply to the tickets I’ve opened. They’ve always been a little slow to process payments, but nothing like this. Sad, because I used to love them and their deals. So many of these rebate platforms are starting to struggle. I think my time using any of them is over. I’m out over 100 bucks here and a couple hundred on another…yeah. I’m done.
Purchased item but no payout I requested payout May 12th - said it should take 5-10 days to receive and its now July 16th and no payout. I have reached out many times and they just keep saying they will mark up the priority and it should take 5 more days. No payout - nothing. Don't trust this site
Short Version: SCAM STAY AWAY As others have said, its a total scam website. I submitted my request for payout on March 5th. So almost 5 months ago. No updates and it was never sent. Submitted tickets and emailed them. No response and it has been months. They will take your money and keep it. Not sure how that works for long term business but they do make a ton stealing your money for now. The site has some interesting products so its a shame the owners are gross scammers who should be ashamed of themselves. I will be reporting them to a lot of different agencies like the Attorney General and BBB and recommend everyone else do the same.
On May 13 2026, I cashed out $300.00 and Mar 22 2026, I cashed out another $300.00, but never received anything and they kept my money, their consumer service didn't know how to solve the problem

SCAM WEBSITE!! The site used to be excellent, but for months it has seemed abandoned and is no longer safe; no one answers anymore, and refunds aren't being issued. I think the site will soon disappear, just as others have. Non payment for rebates in the last year.

I have used them since 2020 and haven't had an issue. On March 4th i did an ACH transfer of $102.97. It's still sitting and i can't get anyone to respond to me.
Most of the products in the listings are free or close to after you get your payout. You might have to check the site a few times a day before you see something you like, but I haven't been a member for very long and I've already gotten several deals that I was really happy with. It's a small amount of effort for a pretty significant reward.

I've been a member for a long time. I find it hard to find a product that's not sold out. I've reviewed different companies and you get a dollar for doing it. I'll let you know if I get paid. I wish it was easier to buy products on here for cashback.
WARNING TO TESTERS: TestMarket is withholding $135.29 in settled funds since September. On April 20th, an ACH withdrawal was promised in 3-5 days; it has now been 16 days with no payment and zero support response. I have officially filed complaints with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, the Texas Attorney General, and the FTC. Do not trust this platform with your money until this is resolved.
BEWARE. I joined in July 2022 and it was great until 2025. Then I had to follow up with messages to have my withdrawals paid but I still stuck with them. On 2/23/26 I requested $300 EFT which the site says will pay in 3-5 business days and on 4/17/26 I requested my remaining $14.40 on a gift card which the site says will be sent in 5-10 business days. STILL not paid. I opened a support case and sent follow ups. They quickly responded four times with what looks like canned responses saying it’s been escalated and to allow a few more days. I sent a follow up again yesterday and no response at all yet. It used to take work to get products (timing the drops and checking at those times). However every time I look at the product page now, there are products available. That tells me that I am not alone. I expect they’ll soon go out of business like some other rebate sites have. It sucks that the sellers have paid them for promoting their products and they are keeping the money instead of paying their buyers. By the way, they pay $1 (sometimes more) for leaving reviews here, so be wary of their rating/reviews.
