The staff absolutely great from beginning to end. They where extremely patient, and the test kits arrived within a day or so and results came back quicker than I imagined. I would highly recommend to anyone needing testing. Well worth the money!!
Service was fast, easy and very professional.
The whole experience was a positive one...quick response, fast results, and most of all, an expert on call to explain the results and to answer any and all questions.
I received my test on Monday and had my results on Friday. Test is easy to do. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
This was a great experience. I was already nervous not knowing if I was or was not. The test was easy to follow. They had all the return package setup. And what I thought was an add bonus, is that they called me to talk to me when I got my results. Just to make sure all was really good.
Seamless customer service. My father and I were able to schedule our DNA tests in two different states without difficulty. We received our results in a timely manner as promised.
Very professional got my results quicker than expected highly recommend!

My alleged father and I live in separate states, they mailed us both kits and we sent them back. Unfortunately a bad snow storm hit, and mine got lost in the mail. I called them after a week and they rushed me a new test. Luckily FedEx found my package so we didn’t have to wait. We received a call with the results 3 days after mine arrived. They were very kind and supportive throughout.
