This company was very professional. The DNA test I requested was not a standard test. I received a phone call to clarify what I needed. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. She explained the different tests and wanted to make sure the right test was done. I received the results in a week. I would definitely recommend this company!
Very satisfied! Very easy system to used and very friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
Michelle was absolutely amazing through the entire process, she understood the unique circumstances of our family as a whole, showed compassion and went above and beyond to get things complete rather than just sell me a service. I would recommend her to anyone needing to get tested, I wanted to send her a gift but I understand many are working from home. I want to send a deep thank you again from the bottom of my heart, from the Mosley family to your beautiful family. You have made one of the most difficult times in our lives just a bit easier to get through. I can not thank you enough and wish you all the best. Thank you for your loving support.
The tests worked well.

We got the kit very quickly and sent it right off after doing the swab. Then the results were in and spot on a few days later! 100% satisfied! The answers we received helped create a relationship I wouldn't have had if it wasn't for them.
The dna test was easy to use! Had great instructions. I got my results in about 7 days after mailing. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and explained everything to me perfectly.

Results were professional and reported within days by phone. Couldn’t have picked a better service. Thank you
From the very beginning I had nothing but a positive experience. My initial phone contact with the person on the phone explained how the testing would go with details and provided information which insured me that I had chosen the right spot for my testing. The cost was not offensive. The directions for the actual test were clear and the outcome was to our satisfaction. The return results were immediate and finally there was opportunity to communicate if I had more questions. All tested involved were satisfied. 😊
I was very pleased with their services. They were very fast in completing the results. It said 3-8 days but I had my results in 3.
