I have been using teststrip bank for awhile now never have any trouble.... till now they was alot slower bout gettin my order done and some other things but they are great all the other times I will still use them for now if it continues then I'll have to find somewhere else

Claims one of my boxes was damaged under the label. It appears to have been damaged when taking off my label. But whatever. I guess they need that $15 to keep the doors open.
Hi Joy! Unfortunately, this box had pre-existing damage that was covered by the label. We have offered to send this box back to you free of charge, for a refund of the payment we made, but the offer was declined. Please note, though no fault of your own, boxes may come from the pharmacy damaged and we must pay for boxes according to how they are received. We do hope you understand.
I give you a five star rating just wish you would give 35$ For a box of 100 count freestyle lite test strips there worth more than 30$ a box you should give some kind of bonuses I just sent 3 boxes and they were worth more than 90$ thanks

Payment is quick however, you cant track your payment, the return lables that show up in your account have someone elses information on them. They pay you less and say "Damaged" When I know dang well they were not (I took pictures of the package before I sealed it up) but its ok, There are many more places that I can use. Maybe they made a mistake? Who knows...but I wont make another one!
