I ordered Freestyle test strips and the first order was excellent. Super fast delivery and the product was what I ordered. So I re ordered on July 13th. In August I followed up asking where product was. They said all shipments were not being processed due to technical issues. I asked to cancel the order and they said they did with refund coming in a couple of days. A month later and still no refund. I followed up again and what do you know, another technical problem. No refunds issued until after this is resolved. Thankfully my credit card company made it right. Avoid like the plague.

The ship time was extremely slow and when I finally received it I was disappointed with the massage quality of the product. Then i learned that because I opened the product I could not return it.
Hospital bed mattress arrived in good condition and timely. It was pretty heavy for 78 year old to wrestle around and no I didn't have anyone to help me but got it done. This was for my 97 year old mother and she says it is extremely comfortable and definitely eases her pains. I would recommend this company to anyone.

On June 20th I ordered a weight band and some stretch bands. (order MS2513534) I was told to expect delivery by June 30th. I received the weight band on the 30th but as of today, July 7th, have not stretch bands. I have not received any update about their delivery.
They’re saying, I made two orders one for a shower chair that I wanted and then I canceled because I found it a lot cheaper and the second order they said I ordered is for something that I have no use for some kind of strap or something that I would never need they were insisting that I made this order which I never did!
