From the very first time I contacted test strips and more I knew by the end of the first phone call It's was going to be a top knotch experience. Test strips and more have some of the greatest employees I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The transactions have always been quick and never once have I experienced a issue at all. All of this is why I will not even think about doing anykind of business with anyone else. I look forward to doing business again and again in the future. Thank you again test strips and more.

Are not true to their word
Firstly i called before having my items shipped out I was quoted $78 per box of my omnipod 5’s-. I let them know the dates on my 4 boxes and asked more than once to verify that $78 wiuld be the purchase price of each- i get a payment which i admit was in a timely manner but only received $45 per box rather than the $78 quoted- i called to let them know that i expected more and that i receive the remainder of my deposit- The rep bs me i said said this isnt what i was quoted, and proceeded to tell him i could send money back- He was like Ofcourse we can if thats what you want to do and i guess because i said yes-he started to have amnesia, did goes to say have you read our terms and conditions i said yes i have- then says we cant return once receive- i can understand that but you literally just said you would return them to me if i sent funds back- so just as before he so say couldnt remember what he just said. It would be nice to receive what i was quoted instead of getting the run around.

I think this is a great program.
I have never been in the program before and was surprised how easy everything was. They sent me the label and I sent them a box back and the sent my funds back through ACH. It was a great experience ! Thank you for the opportunity.
