When I first contacted the company I asked what all they bought they told me I confirmed also confirmed price I received box I sent back same day I was notified the day you received box you no longer bought some items so you were returning them which put me in a spot to find another way to sell those items I don't understand why since you already had items why you didn't honor what you stated in email with items that you bought with price until you receive items then it's a different story

James, We can only purchase what our national buyer will purchase from us. Between our email conversation and when your items arrived our national buyer suspended items for purchase. We sent all items we could not purchase back to you, as a courtesy. We understand your frustration, and if we could buy all of your items we definitely would. We don't make a practice of not buying what we say we can, but in this case, we had no option. We take reviews very seriously and hope our explanation helps you better understand our circumstances.
