To be honest
To be honest, I was skeptical about this company due to lack of reviews. After thorough research, I decided to take the chance and am very glad I did.
The items arrived quicker than I expected and install went relatively smoothly. Roberto reached out to me directly via email and provided his contact # in case I had any issues - very rare in my experience for a company to do this proactively.
I ended up reaching out twice to him for questions during the install process and he was extremely helpful, even being available to help after business hours. I've been very impressed by their communication and the materials delivered seem to be of quality.
Took the cart out for first time last night and it zips! Way better acceleration that before and never have to worry about messy lead acid batteries again!

Texas Lithium Batteries had the lowest price for the GT73 ebike by FAR. Wasn't even close. Once it shipped it was here earlier than expected. Great company and customer service was very responsive. Well done.
These guys are great! I had some issues with the install and they came and installed it for me. The battery gave me alot of extra range and we can hunt all night! It went in a 72v 4x4 and this thing is a climbing machine! Thank you very much Texas Lithium.

Always willing to help
Always willing to help, always on time, stays on task when working. Has great working skills and explains everything well.
Great customer service and knowledge of the batteries they sell. This is not just a reseller but a company ensuring you purchase the battery that best fits your needs and you have a person to answer any questions. They installed the battery and charger at my home .
