Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers truly love the secure packaging methods and the cute bonus gifts that make unboxing special. Some reviewers were not happy with minor issues like missing components or slight product defects upon delivery. However, people noted that customer support was exceptionally helpful and quick to resolve these problems by sending replacements. Buyers felt confident purchasing items again because communication throughout the entire shipping process remained completely transparent and friendly.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I highly recommend this service. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and everything has always arrived safe and intact. The last time I ran into an issue where my Castorice figure came with a manufacturing defect (the metal parts wouldn’t stay connected). However the team not only helped me resolve the problem but also arranged to send a replacement figure which was incredibly kind of them ❤️
Came right on time and was packaged with care.
Correspondence is top-notch - always kept up with delivery and kept me informed. My items were separated. Furthermore, I've received my first item which is exactly how I expected. I have no doubts that the second item will be delivered also as expected.
My order was processed quickly and arrived fast, everything was well packed, no damage inside. The products are officials. Tho it's a little bit expensive, service and quality were there so I'd recommend it.
I am super happy I ordered from this website! The plushies I got were super soft and well packaged. Everything came in such a timely manner and I appreciated how communicative they were during the shipping process.
Arrived on time and even had a small extra keychain included that made my daughter very happy! It was a character she also really liked so it was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely shop here again in the future. Thank you!

Not only were the products cute and good quality, the packaging was too! It was fun to just open the boxes themselves.

They were out of stock of the Diluc coat but after chatting with customer service and mentioning it was going to be a Christmas gift for someone they made my sibling’s size available for me to place the order ahead of time so I could get the gift in time 🥺 I love this site!
