Not sure if that was included with my purchase or not.
Through no fault of their own, they had massive trouble getting my product shipped out. It took 3-4 weeks, but they were always ready to answer any questions and keep me in the loop. They worked hard to find a workaround to ship my product to me. I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service they have provided me. I will 100% be buying more from them.
Our order was exactly what we wanted and expected AND MORE!!! This is something that has been wanted for a VERY LONG TIME. There were high expectations and NO disappointments. Placing the order was easy and secure. At any time, we were able to check on the status and location of our order. In fact, the wait time was not as long as I expected; they were nice enough to throw in a few small gifts. The only thing disappointing is the tariffs, which we know is not the company's fault, but some other "villain" who I think lives in a white house?
