I bought some products which I loved and went back and ordered some more products. I placed my order on 17th January but it has still not been delivered. As with some previous comments, I have emailed and called and have not had an answer or an update or any communication what so ever. So far it has been 14 days and no product. I placed an order with Ayurveda Experience. I had notification the next day that my goods were on there way. I received an email from the courier explaining there was an issue with the delivery. I got in touch with the company who replied the same day which I was very impressed. No fault of the company I have now received my goods. I haven't used the products yet but they arrived in a lovely presentation box and the smell of the oils are really good. Eager to try the oils very soon. Overall service excellent

Whilst it takes a bit of experimenting to find out what is right for you, the products themselves are great. Whenever I have sent a communication they reply personally and quickly. Good discounts & the points received for each purchase (which can be used to further discount purchases) help make it an affordable option in the world of skincare.
My only other comment is that sometimes (not always) it can take a few weeks for an order to arrive. Initially disconcerting in a world when speed deliveries have become the norm, but once you realise it is coming a long way you organise yourself to order in advance. However, it is something to consider if you are buying as a gift. It is worth it when it arrives.

EDIT: stupid me, there are postal strikes in uk, I totally forgot!
My items arrived yesterday, love them all, feels lovely, can’t imagine using any other face care range now.
There would seem to be issues with delivery. Previous reviews indicate that delivery timescales can be haphazard, I placed an order on 29/11/22 and as I haven't received the items I checked tracking and the parcel is still in the warehouse, not even outvfor delivery, after a week!!

I am giving this company one more try but it takes chasing up to recieve the order. This time money has been taken from my account but no order confirmation. I am hopeful that someone will reply to my email as they usualy do. I disagree with some of the reviews re product doesn't work. Misleading marketing and a product that smells awful and doesn't work!
When I purchased their Balaayh Black Gram Booster the marketing blurb was saying it would make skin appear younger. What a load of rubbish. Made absolutely no difference whatsoever.
Since I purchased this they have changed their marketing but this stuff smells awful on top of it not even being that good!
I recommend you save your money!

I bought this small bottle of Balaayah Black Gram Body Booster for £35. I had read raving reviews about it on the Ayurveda Experience website. Unfortunately there does not appear to be anywhere to leave a review so I was curious about how the reviews ended up on the website. The oil has done absolutely nothing for my skin. For me, the scent reminds me of furniture polish, which is not something I want on my body. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing this again, waste of money!
