Order #26877 Previously ordered some glass that had arrived no problem whatsoever. This most recent glass order, however, had a large chip in the piece. I submitted a complaint on the website asking for a refund or at least partial. UPDATE: they replaced the bowl with the exact same one in perfect condition. Great Company
Obviously its scary getting something so fragile shipped across the country but the packaging was exquisite and it was clearly wrapped up and handled with extreme care. Everything was in perfect condition not a single flaw and works like an absolute gem. Definitely my new go to place to buy pieces!
