What people say
order never shipped
Order placed 30 days ago, i called 3 times, sent 3 emails and used the website to contact them about what is going on. their own documentation shows most orders will be shipped the next day sometimes 2-3 day delay if its not in shop. no response, now i have to waste my time with a charge back. Wouldn't waste your time on these forgetful fools
Good price and stocked with what i needed

The Cave ROCKS! Phenomenal Customer Service! A+++
I needed to replace my 2" RYOT one hitter and found The Cave. Their prices were very reasonable and they had EXACTLY the color to match my RYOT short dugout that I needed. I received my item a week later all boxed. Inside was my brand new one hitter but also a really cool full color Grateful Dead inspired mousepad, non-slip pad! Great communication, fast shipping, excellent customer service! A+++ Many Thanks!

It is always a pleasure to go to The Cave. This time I went there and bought something I had already viewed in store. And both at The Cave and online was enjoyable.

Super awesome selection!
Quick shipping
Quick shipping. Safe delivery.
They are excellent
Very quick service. Thanks for having what I was looking for. I especially appreciated the free shipping. I'm keeping you guys bookmarked. The only thing that would have made this experience better would have been if the color coating that Puffco puts on the glass didn't chip away. My original Proxy Wizard functions perfectly fine. Looks like it belongs in a condemned building though.
Great help with everything

Very safely packed!
I broke my previous glass during a freak cleaning incident and The Cave had a direct replacement in the same color. Shipping was quick. I had some worries about the logistics of shipping glass, but this thing was safe, secure, and dare I say, cozy.
