I give them 2 stars only bc we finally received the order. It took a month! The product is a cow print backpack and it is cheap AF. It cost us approximately $60 and it might have cost them $8 to make it. Do not purchase from this site if you want or need quality. Cheap goods for throw away purposes maybe. Backpack isn’t sturdy enough to carry anything in on a day to day basis, especially for a student with a backpack full of books.
The company doesn't allow for any refunds if your clothing doesn't fit. They told me in an email that I should have ordered the correct size based on their public size chart. Everyone knows that your body doesn't fit the clothing the same for every style but the don't allow for that. Save your money and don't shop this store. Find a store that allows for different fit experiences. Very disappointed....$40 down the drain 😡
Placed an order. Never shipped and customer service never responded. They just steal your money.
It's a horrible store. I made an order for 100$ dollars, and there was one item missing. One item was wrong size and I only have radio silence after reaching out to contact@ email. Disgusting service, 0 care about customer experience.
