On 8 July 2026 I served a formal final demand requiring repayment within 30 days. As of 29 July 2026 I have received neither a substantive response nor any refund. Even though they have received, opened and read my email. My position remains unchanged. I continue to seek only repayment of the money I paid for services that I say were not delivered and confirmation that my manuscript and intellectual property remain protected.
I was not sure if I needed a book trailer, but I am glad I got one. It helped me present my book in a more engaging way on social media.
Thank you so much for the 5-star rating. It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with you to bring your vision to life, and we look forward to assisting you with your future writing and publishing goals. Eternally Yours in Writing, TheEmpirePublishers.com

I had a simple idea for a bedtime adventure story and empire publishers helped me with a lot of things as it was my debut book. Their team, especially Orlando Evans understands children's literature better than anyone else in the U.S. Now my book is on Apple Books and kids love it.
Evans and the entire team are thrilled to hear that your debut bedtime adventure story is a hit with kids on Apple Books, thank you so much. It was an honor to help guide you through the publishing process, and we look forward to collaborating on your next children's literature project. Eternally Yours in Writing, TheEmpirePublishers.com

I asked my project manager to make a video trailer for my Sci-Fi book, but I gave him very little time. The entire team worked really hard and prepared an excellent trailer for my book in just a few days. Happy with my experience!

Their PR game is incredibly strong. my book was already live but I was not generating any sales at all. They partnered with influencers, arranged book signing events at local bookstores, and even secured interviews for me on several channels. The buzz that Liam and the entire team generated helped me sell more than 500 copies in a month.
We are happy the momentum changed dramatically for your title. Thank you for trusting Liam and the team. Seeing your book reach readers like this means everything. Eternally Yours in Writing, TheEmpirePublishers.com
