Reached out to TEC at 11:30pm, the amazing team of Tim and Jay had a driver inroute by 9am the next day. Continuous contact and the driver Jay was simply amazing! Critical customer SAT issue for us and TEC knocked it out of the park. We don't typically do lots of freight transactions however TEC will get any and all I do have moving forward!

Found TEC through a sponsored ad while googling LTL Freight Shipping. (And after becoming hopelessly frustrated with both FedEx and UPS.) I called in on a whim, got Tim who was incredibly helpful, quick, and responsive. I'm a freight shipping novice, and Tim was happy to answer my dumb questions. Tim was careful to temper my expectations that because the order was being put in on a Friday it likely wouldn't get to its destination until the following Monday -- I appreciate this because I hate to be overpromised and disappointed. That said, the package arrived the next Thursday, which was perfect, and now I'm pleasantly surprised and giving a 5 star review.
