I travelled from Dallas to CJB on June 12th via Air France n faced delays, cancellation, overnight stay at an unknown place, moved to a different carrier and by the time I reached home, I was exhausted. The entire process was seamless. Ardi Farhana, Yashika Lama and the team were patient enough to understand our queries and help us navigate through the entire process. Even though we were skeptical initially, but we had a really great experience in the end.
