Still no refund after multiple years of their breach of all accounts in March of 2024. I am only willing to update my review, after getting refund & actual support regarding my matter rather than generic response.

They took the money and disappeared. Never work with these people! Seriously, not a dispute over a payment, not a bad customer service, they just took the money and did not give me anything in return. It's been over 2 years, still nothing. STAY AWAY! I lost my money, you don't have to.

Angelo Ciaramello Is a fraudster The Funded Trader isn’t worth your money

I am surprised to see people post about good experiences. When the hell did The Funded Trader become this good? It’s been 2 yrs now since it closed accounts in 2024 because of internal mismanagement. I lost a 500$ account then. They claimed to restore accounts and give new coupons and CEO Angelo Ciaramello made these promises. We even had discord live sessions and what not but up until now I haven’t received any refund nor any new account coupon. In-fact I tried logging in into my dashboard but my login doesn’t seem to work anymore. Who ever values their peace of mind and money, find some other prop firm because The Funded Trader will sooner or later do what it did in 2024 and better still, they claimed to have moved their registration to the Caymans where it’s practically impossible to get legal protection when they steal your money again.

It's like Scam, Wrongful Breach of $50K Funded Account ID 128227 Without Any Rule Violation

I have already sent complete details, screenshots, and evidence regarding my $50K funded account (ID: 128227), but I have still not received any proper response regarding this issue. I had also previously posted a public review because of the lack of response and transparency from support. I request once again that this case be reviewed MANUALLY and not closed with an automated reply. Before the sudden breach: My account was active and healthy 8 trading days were completed Around +$4,173 profit was shown Your own system confirmed payout eligibility No warning or failure reason was visible anywhere Most importantly, I did NOT place any new violating trade before the breach occurred. My final BTC trade was only for trading-day count completion and generated a small profit. There was no excessive loss, no over-risking, and no actual breach from my side. I also have FULL screen-recorded video proof of the account condition before the breach, which is publicly uploaded on: Instagram: easy_traders92 YouTube: @Easy-traders92 This strongly appears to be a technical issue, incorrect drawdown calculation, or system malfunction. Bad reputation of Prop firms will kill this industry!

I visted their website. Links given on the website are not working. I couldn't find their any email address on their website. PRODUCTS permitted to trade couldn't be easily found. I didn't want to waste my time to read their rules in detail. It is the general opinion of traders approaching prop firms for funding that the paid eveluation is abused and misused by prop firms. It is believed that evaluation fee is one of the main sources of profits of prop firms largely. Regarding 25% responce to payment related negative reviews/ complaints raises a RED FLAG!

I purchased a 2 phase $50k evaluation…

I purchased a 2 phase $50k evaluation account and I got an MT5 account details for my evaluation. After two weeks, while i was in profits on my phase 1, they did a migration and had to change the trading platform to match trader. I got the new account details for the match trader, but i could not log in to the new trading platform. I emailed support for months, but got no response. I was stuck. This happened around September, 2025. Till now, I have not gotten a response on how to fix this. And now i can not even log in. I love The Funded Trader, because in 2022, they were the first prop firm to send me a payout, so i really love them, but this experience made me unhappy.

Hard work: Done ✅ Payout reached: Done ✅ KYC: Randomly rejected by @TheFundedRoom after a long wait. Is this how you guys avoid paying out your traders? Absolutely pathetic service. Absolutely unacceptable behavior by @TheFundedRoom! They had no issues taking our money during the account purchase without any KYC, but now that it's time for a payout, they are rejecting our verification for no valid reason. Don't buy this firm, they are scammer, the funded room is a scam room, firstly rise pay rejected my kyc and now TFR did same to me, TFR is saying i am money launderer, are you guys serious. If someone reading this please don't fall for this scame room, don't buy this firm.

Horrible firm

Horrible firm paid me 10% instead of the 90% split that was signed in the contract and changed the rules of split without any warning for old and new customers . Ruined and ran away now

They keep losing their credibility day…

They keep losing their credibility day after day. They are not like this from the beginning. They stopped paying, support stopped responding and overall their services has really deteriorated. They deleted my account of over $75k without clarification. Anyway, I have switched to # Crop#Mines....# they are the best alternative and their services are excellent and they pay with ease.

The Funded Trader owes $1667.77 to our company as affiliate commission. We made several requests to release our payment, but we have not received it yet. This kind of behaviour was not expected from Thefundedtraderprogram.

Their support system is very poor

Their support system is very poor. If you face any issue and contact support via chat, the AI bot escalates it to a human agent, after which you have to wait indefinitely without any response. In some cases, the chat even disappears without any reply. I have also contacted their email support, but the experience is the same—no response at all.
