I wish i could just give them negative ratings! Big scammers in the market! Their support desk is slower than a tortoise 🐢! Never in a million years gonna recommend this prop firm to anyone.

Buying in this firm is simply waste, their trading platform is voyage traders and that platform never opens😂i wasted my money. They just collect fees and they tell bye bye no need to trade

False promises and fake helpdesk means you won't get served!

The Funded Trader (TFT) ceased operations and I was promised my account after a year. Their CEO and Discord talks about doing the right thing and making us (their customers) whole again however whilst I had some small $5k account challenges reimbursed, and I have attended their live CEO discussions (with promises to answer all questions or seek help from their moderators) I suspect most of these are perhaps bots and/or well versed individuals whom respond to you in an infinite loop or ignore your questions/posts beyond surface level responses that lead you to dead ends. Your money once gone - is, in fact GONE!!! I've recorded chats where possible and have a timeline of events. Many just close down help tickets or have so many dropdown options to pre-fill before you can submit your help desk ticket that the barrier to entry (receiving help) is almost impossible. It used to be reasonable to submit a ticket (which gets an automated bot response simulating help - which I can prove over recording different submissions and receiving the verbatim response from an differing named "agent" each time on the help chat. This has now been updated obviously due to the overwhelming number of complaints filed on this chat feature (since WARNING they do NOT have a contact phone number or any other means of submitting a help ticket, including their Discord which directs you back to this one sole method of seeking help, i.e. there is NO help coming if you really need it!) meant they would need you to jump through more hoops to provide technical details (that you as a user do not have available to you even when seeking their various account level detail settings to be provided before they help you) No doubt after posting this someone may reach out publicly all for show, to seem helpful. Also if you pay (which I did many times more) you can get an account immediately, however for months (1 year+ now?) they would not offer anything more. Money talks for this company. I haven't even started on their trading fill tactics too (where I've taken the same trade positions in multiple other competing prop firms where my positions remained in profit/open, whilst TFT position was stopped out for a loss - due to some apparent spike in volatility - which you can't even see on their software). That complaint is for another time too. I have unsubscribed since and suggest you avoid too! I'll list the date of experience as of writing this as since my experiences with this company across multiple years (since 2023) I still have not received anything to date!

I passed two accounts but this broker is a damn. He didn't make any payments to me. And he blocked my accounts. Please stay away from this broker.

WIRE FRAUD!!

Unfortunately zero stars is not possible. I have not had access to my account and the platform since 02/09/2025 (that's 2nd September 2025). PLEASE, check reddit, Trustpilot and all social media with regards to The Funded Trader. They have not officially announced their demise, but no-one, it would seem, has access to accounts, whether they be Funded Trials or Funded accounts. They have purposefully disabled all forms of communications, as their email support, (which i can't post here)responds that they have moved away from email support, to use the AI bot. The AI Bot says you need to raise a ticket through specific pages that it gives you, as it cannot raise a ticket through the AI bot chat. The specific links on the provided pages have been disabled. Admin and tftsp emails get zero response as well. Now when trying to access the account page, it states, Failed to send access code, which you HAVE TO have to access your account. Now no-one can access anything, as there IS NO SUPPORT. I have drafted a letter to the FBI as they continue to advertise Funded trials, but no-one has access and they have taken my money, as well as many other people's money, to then stop access to what was agreed. Straight up theft! STAY AWAY AND REPORT IF YOU ARE IN THE SAME BOAT!

They look polished and even have team members that are helpful at first but when you commit to a long-term plan, you start having issues with basic service like withdrawing your money. It's been over a month now and they won't send my money. If not for my cousin recommendation all my $375k would have vanished, the agency helped me with my recovery process. Fight for what is yours!!!

As much as I loved them in past , at the moment I even don’t understand is this prop firm still running?! It’s a peace off sh…. Really 1. Have lost my funded account and was given another challenge from stage 1 , after some weird “renovation” 2. New rules added on top ( no news trading) , by the way , it was a reason I have chosen this prop firm 3. No MT5 platform anymore (it was a second reason I have chosen this prop firm) 4. Cant trade at the moment , after they moved to a new “broker” - voyagemarkets or how it’s called - trying to login to trading platforms and service is unavailable, try later . This message I am getting for a couple weeks ish Wish they gave me my challenge money back (50k account) , and I won’t ever use them again

company is going under they've been backlogged payments over $200k for a few months now. i had $200k funded contracts with them and just as i was about to request a payout of $14k i realized why they were so stagnant... in their discord they made a statement about not being able to pay people out. and its sad because i was in line to put my 2 weeks in at my job lol. lesson learned never out all your eggs in one basket

Trading experience Average But No Customer Support/ Account De-activated?

For about a Month or longer now I have not been able to access my 2nd step account on Match trader, tried reaching out to support/admins but no response at all. Highly unprofessional which is sad, as the accounts, rules, and challenges are solid. Will likely be moving on to another Prop Firm.

They completely disregarded the traders that got shut down in May of last year & never compensated then what’s so ever. They had a system going towards it & then just stopped doing it. I absolutely do not recommend becoming a new customer.

The trading platform disabled

The trading platform has been unavailable for 2 months + now pending a 'migration. Can't access my account nor can I reach customer service, only a chat bot saying they're migrating.

Scammers watch out.

Two years later, I'm looking at the reviews again. To my great surprise, they're pulling the same scam again. They strung me and others along for weeks and didn't pay out our money. I never got anything back from them, and they're doing it again. This review doesn't matter because they've made their money again. They're simply not paying out, and at most, the small accounts that can't trade might get a new one. The rest get nothing. Please don't fall for this. I'm not from the US; otherwise, I would have sued them long ago. These are crooks; I hope they get jail time someday. I'm sorry to everyone who was scammed just like I was two years ago.

Serious Warning: This Prop Firm Is Not Trustworthy

Traders should avoid this prop firm completely. In March 2024, this prop firm abruptly shut down trader accounts without warning. When they reopened, they assured affected traders that reset coupons would be provided. Now, more than 18 months later, nothing has been delivered. What makes this worse is that the firm still sells new challenge accounts while failing to honor its commitments to existing traders. If profits truly came from trading activity, restoring old accounts or issuing refunds should not be an issue. Instead, this strongly suggests that their business model relies on revenue from account sales, not actual trading success. Support tickets only generate scripted replies claiming they “understand our frustrations,” but they provide no timelines, no clear direction, and no refund options. I personally lost a $200k Phase 2 account with no resolution. This firm once ranked near the top of the industry, which made it seem credible. Unfortunately, it has proven otherwise. The pattern of broken promises and lack of accountability makes it clear: Traders should avoid this prop firm completely.
