I tried to use the discount code but it didn’t work - on my first order. I then tried to contact the company to get it applied but it wasn’t applied. I was disappointed in this. However the product is wonderful.

Hi There! We tried to apply the refund right away but had a hick-up since it was Apple Pay through Paypal, we thought it was just straight Apple Pay. We got it figured out though and your refund was processed. We are sincerely sorry about the extra effort you had to make on this, glad we got you squared away and that you like the products.

My experience is not good. It is great! lol I am of a mind to opt for all things natural (organic) whenever possible. The white rose face scrub being my initial intro to the good stuff botanicals. A friend had some. I then placed an order for my own plus more alchemy. Highly recommend Gypsy cream~ I use on my face, as well as equinox locks for my locs. Customer service is impeccable… thank you MJ!! LoveLoveLove for everyOne.

I love your product.
I love your product. AND, given that I'm a senior on a limited income, I can't afford it. It's not covered by insurance (medicare) and I have extremely dry skin. Your product gave me comfort. So sad I can only afford it on a sparse schedule. I'd like to be able to use it daily.

I love this product line and company. The quality of the products is beyond amazing and the actual product packaging (toner bottles, jars, etc) is really good.
