Always very quick response time between time of order and receipt of products, even though I’m located in California and the company’s based in Bigfork MT. They are also quick to correct any errors that may arise and their products cannot be beat. They have good sales throughout the year and they have not increased their prices too much since becoming more popular. Highly recommend the gypsy cream, we use it for everything in our family!

I received my exchange in only two working days. I absolutely love my Gypsy Cream, which melts into my skin and feels instantly soothing. I recently ordered a few products from The Good Stuff Botanicals because of the great track record they have with high quality products. The order got a little wonky, I called, talked with customer service (I wish I would have written her name down, she is crazy good!), and they made every thing VERY right in VERY short order!! I even received a discount and extra "gifts", even though the mix up wasn't really an inconvenience for me! Long story short...superb customer relations and over the top beautiful products!
