You said my package was delivered to nail room… we don’t have a mail room. We have mail boxes that packages are left on but not there. I have left notes to see if anyone took it. So far no. Amazon always delivers to my door. We have a lady who takes packages. I’m so upset!!!!!! Can never order from you again
Meh. They gave me full credit for the purchase I had made. I now own two more pairs of oddly styled trousers. One black pair that seems to be made of plastic, or tent material, the other brown pair is tight in all the wrong places, very unflattering. Also threw in some very cheap jewelry just to meet the refund price. Not a great experience.
Items are cheaply made and not as advertised and it’s impossible to return them.

The overall quality of Halara’s clothing far exceeds all other online clothing stores. I’ve ordered leggings, dress’s, tops, bike shorts, dress pants and all are true to size and feel like a part of my skin. Everything is very comfortable. I love Halara. The only negative thing is the amount of time it takes to get the shipment. I’ve waited over a month for some shipments.
I absolutely love my top. My only complaint was that it took so long to get here. I ordered 4 more items and it’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t received them as of yet. Hope they get here before our beach vacation
I didn't receive my order. The USPS tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't - I checked with neighbors and looked all around the mailbox area and it isn't there. I emailed Halara's customer support for help and they simply told me to look further. I asked for help again, and I received no response. I'm so disappointed with their customer service!!! I will never buy anything from this company again even though to this point I've been a repeat customer.

I just had a baby and the shorts I ordered are so comfortable on my stomach and c-section scar.Super soft material. They were really easy to order and came pretty quick in the mail. I would definitely recommend this product.
One of the pairs of pants I purchased came with a hole in the front about an inch below the zipper. They're super comfortable but I was disappointed that they came that way.
Love everything I have gotten from Halara, especially the drawstring linen-feel pants! I have 3 pair now and I ordered one more! So comfy and fit so well - lightweight! I also got tops from you that I love! Thanks for reliably great clothing at an affordable price!
Horrible! The texture of the material is not like what the description or images showed. The time frame to get the products was absolutely ridiculous. This crap is fast fashion from china. False advertising by far. It’s a temu athletic brand. Overall I’m very disappointed and feel like a fool by waisting my money on this company.

I would have given you 5 starts, it seems your shipping has been slow. I suggest an email to customers about any delays. Otherwise, your jeans, Capri and tops are 100! Great fit, great detail and wash up without losing shape.
The items were packaged well, and the material is comfortable and stretchy. I would say that they’re slightly lower quality than some other orders that I’ve placed with them but over all pretty satisfied
First let me say I love my dress and my tanks. My main complaint is the shipping time, and the fact that the availability of plus size clothing is not the same as regular size. I was so excited for some of the dresses only to find they were not available in 1X or 2X and even 3X for some of my friends all I’m looking for is equality because the material and the make is really good if they could just change the shipping for faster service and provide more plus size options I think they really definitely have something going for them. Thx-
Quality control is a huge issue. Ordered 2 identical shirts except for color and one fit fine and tge other was almost 3 inches shorter. Returning is a huge pain so will not buy from them again.

OOh I love these pants! Ok im 5ft 2 inches, 145 pounds and I got the medium. it fit correctly , Alot of give to the material and it draped so beautifully! Im very happy about this!Delivery was as usual within 7 days.No complaints whatsoever!
The items I bought fit lovely although everything is too long! Try to order petite sizes however not available in all the item so this may be looked into. I waited a month for the products to arrive this time however normally quicker than that( a friend of mine got her items within 7 days) overall would definitely order again
