CCU broken on purchase
Got to say, I’m pretty disappointed with both the response and the lack of action here — especially from a company that markets itself as being more affordable than RSI for upgrades. Because of an issue with your program selecting the incorrect CCU chain, I’m now looking at paying an additional $75 CAD compared to if I had simply purchased directly from RSI in the first place. What’s even more frustrating is that this wasn’t caused by user error, but by your own system generating the wrong chain. Yet the response I’ve received so far feels like the issue is simply being brushed aside with no real attempt to resolve it or make things right. For a service that positions itself as a smarter and cheaper alternative, this experience has been anything but. Bravo.

After reviewing the issue, we confirmed there was a problem with the CCU chain selector that caused the incorrect chain to be generated. We understand why that was disappointing, especially when our service is intended to help customers save money and simplify the upgrade process. We have already begun fixing the selector issue, and we sent you a store credit pack to that covers the missing CCU link. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll use this as an opportunity to improve.

What makes The Impound receive 5 stars from me was first and foremost because of their professionalism. The process is straight forward and secure. Contact is done via Email and Discord, they offer an honest price for your assets and communicate in a friendly, straight and ordered way. I put the offer up at 9pm and went to bed, the deal was done before noon, the next day.
