Great Quality, Even Better Customer Service
The customer service from IUGA is excellent! My leggings shipped quickly and arrived in just a few days. I was very impressed with the quality, considering their prices are a lot less then some brands. Although I ordered too big of a size, the company worked with me to get me my replacements with ease. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for cute, functional, and high quality workout clothes!
My favorite leggings by far
My favorite leggings by far! No camel toe and great butt lift. I train hard and these leggings are very comfortable. Customer service is beyond incredible! I’ve had to exchange for a different size and service was prompt and super friendly.

What great customer service
What great customer service! I purchased Capri leggings from this company and they were too large so I sent them a request to exchange them for a smaller size. They immediately responded and told me to keep the leggings and donate them or give them to a friend and they would be sending out the replacement for me. Excellent customer service, I look forward to making more purchases from this company.
I was so desperate for a pair of jeans…
I was so desperate for a pair of jeans that fit me, I typed in Google search - stretch dark denim jeans, high waist, tight leg, flared bottom. AI sent me to IUGA, which I had never heard of before, but I saw exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. So I crossed my fingers and placed my order. The jeans arrived in less than a week — excellent quality and fit! I did have one question and customer service responded immediately and professionally. Well, I now owe it to IUGA to say THANK YOU. The flexDenim flared jeans are so great I just ordered another pair in baby blue.

The leggings are really nice but I needed to size up. I sent an email to arrange an exchange. I was told they’d ship me a new pair and to keep the ones I got. I received the new pair today and they just emailed me yesterday. Customer service is top notch I’d say.

good for the price and great customer service
The products are good for the price, and the customer service was excellent. The legging fabric is very soft and comfortable, and I love that my leggings have pockets. I'm especially pleased with the way the PowerTight leggings hold up to my workouts and down roll down at the belly as I'm moving around. I did not find the sports bras I ordered to be supportive, but when I requested a refund, the customer service was immediately responsive. One thing to keep in mind is that I was offered a gift card rather than a complete refund to my card.

Great customer service and a great product. It was my first order. I ordered two types of sports bras (powertight high impact and power tight y strappy) and a pair of power tight and flex tight leggings. I am 5’6” and like my leggings a little longer so went with 28”. Love that some leggings have that choice. Material on all is fantastic - soft, stretchy and not see through. Great compression - just the right amount. First time ordering so not totally familiar with sizing, and for 34/36 A bra size I would order a small bra if you like it more fitted. Size chart says medium but for high impact sports/workouts fitted helps. Only wish more of their bras had sewn in padding not removable that moves around. But still great quality and comfort with reasonable pricing. I have other bug name brands that charge far more and these are just as nice! Only difference - depends if you want a more matte finish or shiny finish. These are more matte (yes pet hair will stick to them like any other clothing).

This Company is great, If i have a problem they get back to me with in two days or less. I have bought leggings, capris,shorts and a Jacket. All were made with quality and softness. When I ordered the wrong size the were very kind to replace it. I can't say enough about Customer service and quality of there close.
