Unauthorized charge
I did not purchase or authorize the $29.95 they charged me. I do not appreciate theft and will be complaining to the BBB about their behavior.

Terrible support. I purchased an order, and it came with a ‘free gift’ but it charged me $10 for something that is apparently free.
Scam
Scam. When you buy from them there's a tiny box ticked that says you agree to Join the VIP club. It's so easy to miss. Then they will start billing $40/mth for absolutely nothing. For your membership you get to see the newest products! Such a scam.

I did not receive the order I placed
I did not receive the order I placed, I got a different perfume instead of what was advertised. When I contacted support, I got told the BOX had a facelift. The actual bottle and box is not what I ordered. I was charged $13 for shipping and a bunch of additional advertising. A $9 order turned into a $30 order. I will not be ordering from them again.

Absolutely a SCAM! Ropes you into a "VIP" club but doesn't clearly state it anywhere. Quality of clothes is abhorrent. You are better off burning a $20 bill. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

They signed me up to a membership program without my knowledge. If I hadn't checked my bank statement, they would have kept charging me. They refunded me the amount immediately after I let them know I spoke to my bank. If you bought from this company, check your bank statements asap!

Automatically signs you up for their VIP program and then renews the subscription monthly without your knowing. If you email them back, they offer 50% refund, if you keep pressing, they agree to a full refund. So just be careful of that.

I put my order and still haven't received it.I contacted them.They told me that they didn't know where my account was.Then they knew where my account was and supposedly.Ship my items out but still have not received them no items no money anything SMH bad business in my eye

Didn't get the fort order but I recived the replacement order, they sent a complimentary/ sorry gift along with it. Which I might add was absolutely beautiful, the sent to the perfume was not what the commercial claimed it to be, but it still had a very nice suttle aroma to it and in all I was very pleased with it, thanks Beth for helping me out. Will deffently pur have in the future.
