This is not a get your order overnight company but the approximate delivery date is stated upfront. I was a first time customer and leary of new online companies so I kept checking with them and every answer came quickly and respectfully. It's rare to find a company with real humans answering our questions in under an hour!! I got the hoodie "to the person behind me" and the quality is exceptional. I will order more products with confidence.
Kass is honestly one of the SWEETEST people I’ve ever talked to. I can feel her amazing energy from just an email. She’s so helpful, thorough, and so genuine. I purchased a bottle of the aphrodite venom. It arrived damaged. I sent an email to customer service and the agent Kass was quick to respond. She issued me another bottle no problem.
