Hi Nicole, I have checked all our messages, inbox's and chats for your emails but I can not see any attempt of getting in contact with us. If the charger is not working for you it could be that it is not strong enough for the device that you are using it with or not being used correctly. If it is indeed broken we will happily refund you provided we are given video evidence that is easy to upload via our chat button on the website. Please get in touch so we can help you further. Thanks, Emmie.

Hi Tiffany, Sorry to hear you had trouble fitting the straps, there is a way to double thread them and this won't happen as we have used ours daily for a long time and it has not broken. We will get in touch with you by email to help. Thank you for your review :)

Kitty Paw Cushion ♥️♥️

Absolutely LOVE the paw seat cushions. I got one for my daughter and one for me. They arrived quickly and were even larger then we anticipated. Highly recommend. Great product at a great price. Did I mention it’s super soft?
