Wonderful curated selection
Wonderful curated selection, consistently high quality, fair prices (you get what you pay for), very fast shipping to my mid-Atlantic residence. For example, recently I ordered on a Thursday afternoon (around 3); it arrived on Monday (shortly after noon), securely packaged. As for for quality, consider their ErJingTiao dried peppers. First of all, good luck finding them in a store around here. Second, any dried pepper you find are liable to be over-dried and brittle. These are pliable and fragrant. They really ratchet your Gong Bao chicken up a notch or two, in combination with authentic PiXian bean paste.
For my Sichuan cooking, I'd be lost without Mala market.

Great website for anyone looking for Sichuan products!
Loved my experience purchasing from The Mala Market and the products I received. For one, I had to make a quick change to my order and Taylor, the customer service person I was emailing with, immediately made the change for me. I also received my products quicker than I expected. They provided an informative 'tips and tricks' card in with the packaging, which as someone new to Sichuan cooking, I found helpful. Their website overall is super informative, with really great blog posts and product information. Great customer service, great website and great products!
