Maxita EC17 - very impressive and great customer service
I started the journey of leathercrafting about 5 months ago, and I have loved it ever since, so I thought it was time to get a logo stamp as I am progressing in the craft. After researching online, I finally decided to buy the Maxita EC17. Everything went smoothly, from purchase to communication regarding my two free custom stamps, right to delivery to the UK; everything went well. I recently purchased the MAXITA EC-17 with the brass alphabet set. The 6mm set was not included in my package, so I contacted Zoe. She followed up with the team, arranged for the set to be sent, and even arranged expedited delivery to get it to me as quickly as possible. She also kept me updated throughout the process. Maxita EC-17 Hot Foil Stamping Machine
I had been thinking about buying the Maxita EC-17 hot foil stamping machine for sometime but buying from overseas (and the complications that can come with) had put me off. With my current blocking machine on its last legs I decided to commit and make the purchase, and from the moment I got in touch with themaxita.com to make the purchase I had no regrets. The customer service is excellent and the team there go above and beyond to make sure you have all the information you need and are fully informed with the progress of the order. My machine arrived with two weeks of placing the order - which was a free, overseas delivery and free of any import taxes/charges etc. The only price you pay is for the machine itself. It came extremely well packed to the point where you would need run over the box in a car to cause any damage to it. I am based in the UK which the team at themaxita.com where aware of so the power cables were UK standard meaning there's no need for adaptors, you can be up and running straight from the box. The machine itself is extremely well built and mine was individually tested before it was dispatched to me which is a nice touch. It heats up quickly and accurately which is quite important for the books and materials I use it on. I also purchased an inexpensive laser positioning tool which is fantastic for accurate foil blocking which massively cuts down on set-up time and material waste. The most important thing to mention is the quality of the foil blocking itself - its excellent!! themaxita.com also run an 'owner's club' where you can buy custom stamps for the machine at a substantially discounted rate. This is something I use regularly as the quality of the plates is exceptional for the price you are paying. This is a purchase I hesitated over but wish I hadn't. It's an exceptional machine at a fantastic price coupled with 5 star customer service!

A few days ago, i purchased Maxita EC-27 and the machine has exceeded my expectations. It is honestly even better than what i had read in the reviews. Since im still relatively new to leather craft, i often purchased tools and equient. Without a doubt this has been a most helpful and professional seller i have a dealt with so far. It's worth the cost.
This was a great purchase for me. It's more than I expected. The quality of the hardware, the fit, the Finnish is all very nicely done. I believe it's well worth the cost. Once I started using it I was more impressed with the way it mounts to just about anything strong enough to hold it up. My only suggestion would be to have an optional wide jaw version.

I recently purchased a stitching pony and an embossing machine from MAXITA, and I’m extremely happy with both the products and their customer service. What really impressed me was that they made two custom brass stamps for me completely free of charge. The quality and attention to detail were excellent. And then came the shipping… 😂 They shipped my package from China, and somehow the very next day it was already at my doorstep in the USA! I had to joke with them that they must be hiding a teleportation machine somewhere. 😄 The communication was excellent, they were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. I highly recommend MAXITA to anyone looking for quality leathercraft equipment and great customer service. I will definitely be buying from them again!

There is many thing I can say the product is very well-made. The quality is so high-end the service was more than perfect. Very nice people. I love the product. I always wanted fancy stitching pony and I got one highly recommended.

I absolutely love my Maxita pony
I absolutely love my Maxita pony. It is the best on the market. It allows me to get more positions than any other pony on the market while hand sewing leather. Plus the walnut verision is more classy. Great product great quality and the customer service has been excellent.

Exceptional quality, an amazing machine and truly outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased the MAXITA EC-17 Hot Stamping Machine, and I honestly could not be happier with it. The machine itself is beautifully made. It feels solid, precise and professional, while still being compact enough for a smaller workshop. The stamping results are fantastic — clean, sharp and consistent. I mainly work with leather, and the EC-17 gives my work that professional finishing touch I was looking for. What really impressed me, though, is the combination of quality, price and customer service. You get a professional-quality machine without paying an unreasonable price for it. And then there is the service. ❤️ The communication with Maxita has been absolutely excellent. They are incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely interested in their customers. I recently purchased the Maxita hot foil stamping machine, and I’m very happy with it. The machine is solid, well-built, and produces consistent results once you take the time to learn the correct settings for different types of leather. Like any professional leatherworking tool, there is a learning curve, but the quality of the machine is excellent. I also want to mention Alan. His communication has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He answered my questions quickly, was patient, and genuinely wanted to help me get the best results. Excellent customer service is becoming rare these days, and Alan definitely deserves recognition for it.
